NEW YORK (WordNews.org) Jan. 31, 2012 — Susan G. Komen for the Cure
is stopping its partnership with Planned Parenthood, Fox News is
reporting.
Fox quoted Komen spokeswoman Leslie Aun saying the end of the partnership was the result of the charity adopting a new criteria that prevents it from proving grants to organizations by local, state and federal authorities. An inquiry was launched in Florida regarding whether taxpayer funds were used to pay for abortions.
